We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or return an order. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. In some cases, particularly with hotel reservations, no deposit is required, and cancellations are free. These hotels have allocated rooms for us, allowing you to modify or cancel your booking without any additional fees.

Cancellation & Refund Process

You may cancel your order within 30 days from the date you received your goods or when a third party (not the carrier) you designated takes possession of the item. To initiate a cancellation, please notify us with a clear statement via:

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, and you will not incur any processing fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

✔ The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
✔ The goods are in their original packaging (if applicable).

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Custom-made or personalized items tailored to your specifications.
Perishable goods or items with expired dates.
Hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Products that, by nature, cannot be separated from other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns for items that do not meet these conditions, at our discretion.

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any risks associated with returning the product. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable and insured mailing service. We cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged returns.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be credited back to the original buyer.
